Sauna whisk

A whisk is a bunch of young tree branches which are used to give a special massage during sauna sessions.

Put fresh water in the sauna bucket for the whisk. The warm water that has been infused with its twigs works well for sauna steam and gives the sauna a pleasant scent. You can start to use the whisk when your skin has warmed up nicely.

Whisking cleans the skin and enriches it with health, promotes better blood circulation. Lashing, slaping with the whisk after dipping it in warm water is a main way of using it. 

Whisks also release pleasant aroma in the air adding a bit of aromatherapy.
