Delivery Information

At EndlessSpa Ltd, we are committed to providing a seamless and convenient experience for you. One of our friendly team members will personally deliver your rental and return to collect it after your hire.

• Complimentary delivery and collection are available within a 10-mile radius of Thetford, Norfolk.
• For locations beyond this radius, a charge of £2.00 per mile per item applies.
• Please note that this charge covers both delivery and collection. To complete each booking, our team makes four journeys — travelling to your address and back for delivery, and then travelling to your address and back again for collection. This means every additional mile of distance requires four miles of travel for our team.

• For deliveries over 50 miles, an additional delivery fee of £50 applies.

• The fee then increases by £10 for every additional 10 miles:
  • 50–60 miles: £50
  • 60–70 miles: £60
  • 70–80 miles: £70
  • 80–90 miles: £80
  • 90–100 miles: £90

The delivery distance is calculated from our base in Thetford, Norfolk.

This charge helps cover the additional fuel, travel time and vehicle costs involved in delivering and collecting your rental.

Please note that any applicable delivery charges will be added to the total payable amount.

We look forward to bringing the EndlessSpa experience to you. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us!
